“As expected, except the 1st section from Porthcurno to Lamona took longer though than we expected but the next part to Penzance was then easier because it was mostly road. We were are bit worried approaching Lamona about our timing. ”

“Great. The laminated maps are extremely useful.”

Do you have comments or observations about the accommodations provided that may help us to improve our holidays? All accommodations were of a very good standard – We especially liked Porthleven.
A note for the Porthcurno overnight is that the pub is closed all of this year – undergoing a refurbishment so it was a little difficult to get something to eat (but we managed)

Have you been on one of our walking holidays before? SWCP – completed between 2005-2011 – We enjoyed it so much we’ve started again!
Did your holiday come up to expectation? Yes without a doubt
How were the transportation facilities? Yes very good
Anything else? As ever your services are above and beyond and we can’t recommend you highly enough to anyone that may be thinking of doing a guided walk – Thank you so much

Was the accommodation as expected ? “Yes, varied, obviously, but everywhere was very clean, people were friendly, breakfasts were good”

Was your driver on time and polite? “We had two trips with different….” drivers “both were on time, no problems at all. Also bags were always there when we arrived”
Any further comments: “Just to say thanks again for enabling our trip -it was more difficult (because of the hospitality staffing situation) to eat out, but because you provided us with detailed information in advance we had no problems.”

The SW is, as we all know, generally struggling for staff and this did impact on service & on the odd occasion the range of food on offer, but the people were all trying their best in the circumstances & such did not detract from an excellent week of walking.”

“ We had a wonderful week. It was very hot which made some parts a little harder but it was August! Your tips about buying lunch were helpful. I did expect to see more accessible pubs/cafes on route. That taught me to read the instructions more carefully next time.
SWCP beautifully signposted. My only negative was the day we finished at Ferrybridge & then walked another 4 miles to the B&B at Weybridge. We did get a bus the next day back to the start of isle of Portland. Overall a very enjoyable week, well organised & we would definitely Re-book. Also thank you for you assistance in reuniting one of our party with their wallet. Much appreciated.
The accommodations averaged 8 out of 10. The walking route was more difficult than expected? (Some parts were very steep up & down but great satisfaction when completed)
