Route options from 65 to 92 miles The Speyside Way runs from the coast at Buckie,
through the Spey Valley and the heart of the malt whisky country, towards the foothills of the Cairngorm Mountains.
This is a conservation area and a haven for wildlife.
On this walking holiday in Scotland you can visit many
of the Scottish Whisky distilleries: Aberlour, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Macallan to name but a few.
We offer this walking holiday in an upstream direction
as this is how the guide book we include in the package is written.
This route intersects with the Moray Coastal Trail and the Dava Way.

 

You can combine this holiday with our walk on the Great Glen Way or West Highland Way for a longer walking holiday in the Scottish Highlands.

These daily distances are only a suggestion. If you would like to walk longer or shorter distances, we can arrange that too.
Our stated distances include mileage to the accommodation or pickup point and so may not agree with the guide book mileages.
Rest days can be taken in any location.
