“Most of the accommodation was very good, warm & friendly … and food excellent. However sadly the …….. Findon evidently had a problem … . Though you kindly refunded the cost of our breakfast meal “
Did your holiday come up to expectation?
“Yes. “
Was the walking route as expected?
“The walking route was ‘kind of’ as expected … much harder underfoot with the Flintstone in the chalk (but we had good boots and first aid kit).”
How were the transportation facilities?
“Only met one driver as we were leaving who was very friendly, and it all went smoothly … .”
How was the booking and enquiry process?
“Easy, and any enquires we had during the walk were answered promptly … thank you.”
Were the guide books and maps helpful? How was the support?
“Guide books & Maps really helpful … particularly liked the way you had added off the page bits folded in so we didn’t have to hunt round for the appropriate page … especially as we had a lot of rain initially so needed to keep maps in waterproof folder!”
What walking trails are you planning to walk in the UK?
“Lots more! We are hooked on trail walking now 🙂 “
